By accessing or using the CardPing API and platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
You may use the CardPing API for legitimate gift card balance checking and related business purposes. You must not use it to facilitate fraud, brute-force card validation without authorisation, or resell raw API access without a white-label agreement.
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential. Do not embed live keys in client-side code or public repositories. You are liable for all usage under your keys.
Usage beyond plan quota is billed at applicable overage rates. Invoices are issued monthly. Accounts with invoices overdue by 30+ days may be suspended.
We target 99.99% uptime for Growth and Enterprise plans. Downtime below the SLA threshold results in account credits as described in our SLA documentation.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (e.g., fraudulent use, non-payment).
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
